Healthskills and leadership

We aim to develop the leaders of today as well as create leaders for tomorrow – leaders that will embrace transformational change. We strive to achieve this by building the following principles into our tailored programmes:

  • Working in partnership with the client organisation in both the design and delivery
  • Use of real-time organisational projects as vehicles for personal and group learning
  • Flexible design that enables participants to make choices about their preferred learning pathway.

The leadership section is split into two areas:

  • Core Leadership - developing leaders who are capable of delivering complex change in the modern healthcare environment
  • Medical leadership - a framework of “Leadership Clinics” by which the Medical Leadership Competency Framework competencies can be provided.
